When my health was in serious jeopardy, I decided to make a change. Thanks to WW, I took control of my own health and gained a new understanding of my personal strengths. I’m a retired university professor and very active in my community. My grandchildren and two dogs help me stay fit and active! I also enjoy swimming, gardening and walking. I look forward to walking with you every step of your journey, cheering you on the way to your personal transformation!
