As a heart disease survivor, I needed a new approach to wellness that would fit my busy lifestyle. I not only lost weight with WW, but I gained a ton of self confidence and changed my life. I’m a hockey mom, dog mom and more active now than when I was in my 20’s! I feel young, vibrant, and healthy. You can find me doing low impact aerobics, strength training, and going for walks. I also work for a charity dedicated to advocacy, education, and research for heart disease and stroke. Join me for a workshop that’s positive and upbeat!
