After breaking old habits, I finally feel like I am an active participant in my own life - instead of being on the sidelines. I look and feel younger than I did 20 years ago and more importantly, I’m comfortable in my own skin! Since I work out of my home office as a customer service rep, I enjoy at-home workouts as well as spinning and strength training. I also love to experiment in the kitchen with WW-friendly recipes that my whole family can enjoy. I want to inspire others to be the healthiest version of themselves!
