I’ve always struggled with my weight. Growing up, I never knew how to manage food and nutrition. Since diabetes and other chronic conditions run in my family, I knew I needed a lifestyle change. I joined WeightWatchers® in 2017, and today, I feel mentally, physically, and medically healthier than ever. My favorite hobbies include gardening, cooking, and knitting, and I log more than 10,000 steps a day with my cocker spaniel. Join me to use WW science to meet your goals—and have fun doing it.
