After yo-yo dieting and some unhealthy and unsustainable approaches to weight loss, I fully committed to WW and attending Workshops. I celebrated non-scale victories, newfound energy and a body that can move! I also found inner wellness, confidence and a calmer mind. I’m a proud mom and professional musician who has traveled and worked in 6 continents. Hiking is my meditation and my joy. I also cycle and weight train. One of my goals as a Coach is to ensure that everyone enjoys the safe space of our workshops. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here!
