My personal wellness journey took many turns, but I still choose positivity and truly living the program. WW keeps me on course and is a key part of my overall health and happiness! Even though I’m a busy, working mom in the fitness industry, I have learned to make personal activity a top priority. I make time for walks, hikes, yoga and strength training. WW has helped me become the strong, capable woman I am today, so I’m here to help you see your potential, discover your strengths, improve your health and find positive change!
