For me, WeightWatchers® is about living a healthy and long life—I’ve got a lot of grandma-ing to do! It also helps me balance all the different Sandras: the wife, the grandma, the dog mom, the crafter, the yogi, the walking buddy. As a coach, my goal is to help you use your mind to change your body and embrace wellness through food, mindset, activity, and community. You are capable, and together, we can make it happen, one week and one small, doable step at a time.
