Six years ago I joined WeightWatchers® to lose weight. I didn’t know that I’d also gain life-long friends, learn to love myself, and find passion and purpose through coaching. I’m a mom and enjoy creating home decor and gifts, hiking, and boxing. WeightWatchers gives us so many gifts along our journey—education, health, friendship; as a coach I’ll help you use them as we dive into the lessons and together work to slow down, be present, and move toward the vision of wellness you want for yourself.
