I’m a mum of two, a Scout Leader and a keen runner (though admittedly I’m not great at that one). I love cooking healthy meals, using the vegetables my son and I grow in our garden. I joined WW so I could feel happy and confident in my own skin, which is the most important thing. I believe planning is essential, but so is being flexible and taking things one day at a time.
