I believe we are what we eat if we buy healthy food we will eat healthy food, cooking can be so rewarding as can discovering new healthy meals and snacks. I use my ZeroPoint foods as the foundations for amazing recipes, which I love to share and swap with members. As well as being a full-time WW Coach, I’m a proud wheelchair warrior and can say with confidence that the WW program works well for us all regardless of mobility.
