Throughout my week I enjoy exercising and love running to help with a positive mindset. At the weekend, there’s nothing better than a family games night alongside a takeaway and trying new foods. Since achieving a weight I'm confident with, I maintain my fitness to keep it off. Now I help members reach their goals, inspiring them in a fun and motivating way.
