As well as a WW coach I’m a mum of four pursuing her dream to be a children’s author. I love experimenting with plant-based recipes; I’ve even started growing my own vegetables, which makes healthy cooking so much easier. A mix of walking, jogging and using the cross-trainer helps me achieve my fitness goals. I believe a positive mindset will lead to positive results.
