To cope with stress, I turned to food. To change my life, I turned to WW. Along my weight loss journey, I also gained confidence in my own abilities, like public speaking. I have two children, two grandchildren, and a lot of energy! I enjoy bike rides, hikes, dancing, traveling, and I also work as a sales rep for a wine shop. As a Coach, I love discussing tips and strategies to enjoy the foods that you love and being mindful of how our thinking impacts what we do. I like to say it’s all about building “skillpower”, not willpower!
