As a full-time working mom, I know how challenging it can be to balance work, home, and wellness - but I also know how rewarding it is when all three are in alignment! Thanks to WW, I feel strong, grounded, and in control of my wellness. I’m confident in my ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. I enjoy gentle, soothing, low-impact movement such as yoga and walking. I also host a book club where we read and discuss all things health and wellness. You can also find me in my kitchen trying out WW recipes for the family and baking legendary bagels and bread! Join my workshop - it’s never too late to start taking care of you. I’m a big believer in prioritizing yourself, behaviour changes and personal growth.
