My weight was affecting my health and I didn’t feel good about how I looked. Once I fully committed to WW as a lifestyle change, I reached my goal. Now I’m an adventurous person who keeps active with classes like trampoline, dance, spinning weight training and more! I’ve even run four half-marathons. I’m a mom of two, first-time grandmother and a scientific laboratory manager in diabetes and surgical medical research. For me, the skills I gained from WW helped me in all areas of my life, even through the most difficult times. This is why I am honoured to be able to support others and share mindset and coping skills that help us all live better!
