I’m a full-time Coach and a mother of three. I fell in love with being active after successfully losing weight with WW and I can now say that running and full-body workouts are things I genuinely enjoy! Everybody’s different, but I think my success story can really be useful to members. Aside from exercise, I love cooking different recipes for my husband and children. I want to help you to find inner happiness and exude self-confidence.
