I'm a full time WW coach, wife and mum to my amazing 20 year old son. I find early morning walks with my dog are a great way to boost my mindset and keep energy levels up for the day. I enjoy keeping things in the kitchen interesting by trying new recipes. I’ll teach you how small changes make big results.
