I became a full-time Coach so I could feel good about myself and be a positive role model for my young daughter. I enjoy cooking, including pescatarian meals, as well as doing workouts from home, and walking my dogs. I’m all about focusing on the positives — there are 21 meals in a week, if you’re disappointed in a couple, don’t dwell, focus on the ones you have left. Together we can work up some amazing meal choices.
