I like to keep busy, so when I’m not working as a Coach, I enjoy cycling or walking in the beautiful countryside where I live, or doing a full body strength workout at the gym – exercising gives me a real high. WW keeps it real and makes it easy for me to be a happy, healthy, confident role model for my family, friends and members.
