I’m a mum to two teenage girls and I work in a primary school too. I love eating out, particularly when it involves Indian food! I joined WW as I wanted to remain active for as long as possible. I attend boot camps and even go on mud runs, as well as easier strolls with my two dogs. My advice is that it’s important to make the journey liveable — small steps and we’ll get there. I am a firm believer of the benefits of physical activity helping to strengthen your mental health too. What’s good for the body is good for the mind!
