As a busy wife and mum to 3 children, you’ll either find me walking our dog Murphy, or in the kitchen cooking up a storm. I also enjoy earning FitPoints through yoga and walking or running in the countryside. Positive, yet realistic, I know that one bad day will not ruin your whole week.
