I joined WW to change my thoughts and behaviors—eating had been a way for me to deal with anxiety and grief. I also wanted to be a strong role model for my daughter. Now I’m confident and doing things I love—like teaching cycling classes and being a WW Coach. I’m passionate about helping people see the big picture, so they can always find something to be proud of. In addition to coaching, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, taking Orangetheory Fitness classes, and hosting large family gatherings.
