I joined WW after I graduated college and realized my professional clothes no longer fit. I wanted to lose weight and build healthy habits that I could sustain long-term. These habits gave me the energy I needed to raise a step-daughter and three sons, and now I'm chasing around three grandkids! I'm a veteran Coach with over 25 years experience. My journey has been more about adapting, rather than perfecting. And as a Coach, I’m passionate about helping you find your path for lasting success!
